things I need to check out....
Hench by Adam Beechen
80 page trade about an ex jock who becomes a henchman to pay the bills. It looks amusing and is apparently well written. This is already out and costs around $11 through Amazon so I might pick it up next time I'm buying trades.
Strain: Book One by Guillermo del Toro
This is a novel written by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan. I'm mainly interested in it because of del Toro and don't know anything about Hogan. The hardcover releases in June but since I would prefer a softcover I doubt I'll read this before Fall. Apparently it's about a vampire virus.
The Imago Sequence and other Stories by Laird Barron
This is a collection of short stories that sounds very intesting to me. The hardcover is already out and the paperback comes out in June or July.
The Cardboard Universe: A Guide to the World of Phoebus K. Dank by Christopher Miller
I don't know much about about this except that it's a faux biography of PKD.
